Our lake is home to a variety of fish ranging from 15lb to over 50lb, with an average size of 30lbs. Additionally, we have Grass Carp exceeding 50lb.

No need to worry about permits! We are a fully registered French lake, allowing fishing both day and night without any additional permits.

Super U Supermarket (3 minutes drive), Two Pharmacies, Local Tabac for cigarettes and vapes, Two excellent restaurants in the local villages.

For family fun, explore the local Commune Lake with diving platforms, pedalos, a water flume, and crazy golf available throughout the summer. Additional activities nearby include a trampoline park, Go Ape, canoeing, go-karting, and more.

Bait Policy
Please note that all anglers must use bait provided by Blue Dart Source. We offer top-quality baits including Boilie, Pellet, and Particle, sourced from Dynamite Baits to comply with post-Brexit regulations.

We offer a selection of baits including Boilie, Pellet, and Particle. We have sourced the best baits available in France. Please pre-order your bait at least 4 weeks before your arrival, and we will have it ready for you.

• Max 3 rods per angler only
• Rods must never be left unattended.
• 3 rods are to be attended by one angler at all times.
• Rods are NOT to be left in the water whilst you are in the apartment
• You will be asked for a rig inspection on a rod of our choosing.
• Only pre-ordered baits with Blue Dart are to be used. (please see Bait page on our website) no exceptions
• All landing nets and unhooking mats will be supplied. Please do not bring your own
• Please ensure landing nets are left standing up when not being used, this is to ensure that rodents do not damage the nets, failure to do so could result in you losing your deposit.
• Carp care kits will be supplied and must be used on all catches
• Night fishing is only permitted on the designated swims
• Only Barbless hooks are to be used, minimum size 6

• When using rowing boat a life jacket must be worn at all times, this will be supplied

• All Grass Carp must be weighed and photographed in the water. Chest waders will be supplied for Fly and Survive Customers

• Anglers must use the complex toilets only (not the bushes, this will not be tolerated)

• No artificial baits (i.e. plastics, etc)

• £100 deposit is to be paid 1 week before arrival and will be returned within 3-5 days of your departure when apartment has been fully inspected against any damages or losses caused during your stay. No deposit no fishing
• To secure your holiday we require a 50% deposit and balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
• Arrival time is strictly no earlier than 1.30pm for all customers.
• Departure is strictly no later than 10am failure to leave on time could affect your deposit

  The apartment is to be left as you found on arrival. Failure do so could result in an additional cleaning fee of €50

  We have kept the rules to a minimum so that you can enjoy your holiday however, safety of fish is paramount. Spot checks will be carried out

  We accept no responsibility for flight delays or cancellations or any other reason out of our control and would strongly recommend that you ensure you have travel insurance which includes medical cover.

  Please be aware that the lead angler who makes the booking is responsible for all members of the group for the durations of your stay.

  Excessive use of alcohol will not be tolerated. Drugs are not permitted.

  We ask that you respect the peace and quiet around the lake.

  If anyone is seen breaking any of the rules listed above we have the right to ask you to leave without a refund and further action could be taken.
